How to apply

The 310 Joint Application Form can be used to obtain permits from local, state, and federal agencies. Go to 'What permits do I need' to learn about the permit types and determine:

  • Who must apply
  • To which agency you must apply
  • Contact information for that agency
  • Approximate review time
  • Any associated fees

You must obtain individual authorizations and/or permits from each agency to which you apply before conducting your work.

After completing this form, send the required number of copies with original signatures to each applicable agency. Each agency issues separate permits.

310 Joint Application Forms for the Gallatin Conservation District can be completed and submitted within Gilly. All other conservation districts and agencies require paper copies.

  • Return to Gilly to reference completed applications
